    Hi Anne, I am amazed by what you are doing here, keep it up and God bless you. My question is whether someone on a fixed term contract, say for 3 months for instance, is entitled to annual leave and service pay? TIA

      Yes, the person is entitled to annual leave. Service pay is only due if the person is not on NSSF or if provided in the contract.
